Everything was easy from scheduling to reminders to showing up on time. The difference in our carpets is miraculous. I only wish we had hired Prestige years ago. The cost is very affordable and worth every penny. The technician was courteous, explained everything and wasn’t pushy to sell more. Overall a great experience.
