⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently hired Prestige Carpet Cleaning as part of preparing our home for sale, and the experience was excellent from start to finish!

Communication with the office was fantastic. They clearly explained their services, available promotions, and pricing, making the entire booking process easy and straightforward.

Our technician Kayris, was outstanding! He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the cleaning process. I especially appreciated his attention to detail, including wearing protective shoe covers to keep our hardwood floors clean.

What really impressed me was his communication throughout the job. He kept me informed about areas requiring special attention, explained what results to expect, and made sure there were no surprises. Once finished, he walked me through each room to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results.

Professional, thorough, courteous, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Kayris did a fantastic job, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for quality service and a company that truly cares about doing the job right!

We had our carpets cleaned in our house recently by prestige, very happy with the whole process from start to finish, booking was easy. Communication was great and they did an amazing job getting the carpets clean.

Great company to work with, and they did a great job with my duct cleaning and carpets in a doggy friendly home.

A huge thank you to Evan for doing such an amazing job on our carpets. They look absolutely fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work and you definitely do! Thank you for all your hard work, attention to detail and for making our carpets look brand new! I would highly recommend you to anyone!

The technician was very professional and friendly. A joy to have in the home. The service was very good and we are delighted with the outcome

Evan did an amazing job renewing my couch! Looks like new! Definitely recommend!

Kayris was professional, proficient, polite, and went over and beyond with his service.

We had amazing service … I didn't realize how dirty my cream furniture was until Kayis ( I hope I spelt that correctly) was finished with them.. our 8 year old furniture looks brand new!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to detail our sofa and 2 arm chairs.. will be recommending your company to everyone! Your mannerism and hard work did not go unnoticed!!!

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning job in my home. I had 2 large spill stains on my beige wool carpet.. gone!! Very professional service from start to finish.. would highly recommend.

The results were way better than I expected because of the age of the carpet. Even the high traffic area showed remarkable improvement. Chris went above and beyond. .From the initial call through whole process I was impressed. I opted to add the scotchguarding at the end.

Excellent job. Young men were very professional and very personal. I have used this company before and will continue to. I was very happy with the results.

Amazing service and Excellent quality in workmanship.

Pickup & Delivery were on time and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Josh was terrific – professional, timely and thorough!

We recently moved into a new home and got our carpets and ducts cleaned by Prestige. The gentlemen that did our carpets was excellent. We had a few contractors in and out of the house and he was very accommodating. He did a thorough job and moved our couch around too to ensure everything was cleaned optimally! We were very impressed with his service and professionalism and would absolutely recommend and use Prestige for future cleans.

Their technicians are excellent with superior customer service. Respectful, polite, with excellent communication skills. The only thing is scheduling can be tricky because you need to know they get their jobs done early. For example. If you want to be the last call and their window is 11AM – 4PM, they maybstill show up before 1PM. I would be prepared the whole day or the night prior with moving items and vacuuming as you never know the exact time they'll arrive but they will communicate a few hours before. Don't assume because they end at 4PM they be there in the final hour. As per above example. Technicians (2) arrived at 12:50 and that was their last call of the day for my mom's small apartment. I was thinking after 2PM but as I said they start early and work efficiently.

We’ve used Prestige a few times over the years and we’re happy with their service. This time they cleaned our couch and dryer vent.
Last year around this time they cleaned another furniture item. Next year we will call them to do our ducts. Best to bundle your services for a better price.
They’re efficient and take care to protect our home with corner protectors and floor coverings. Communication is good – before, during and after.

I highly recommend Prestige! Very professional and did an amazing deep cleaning on my carpets.

Evan was great! He helped me remove a real mess on brand new carpet! I can’t thank him enough!!!

Excellent job by knowledgeable technician with great advice!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! The technician (Josh) was friendly and showed me before-and-after results during the cleaning. He wore boots and laid down protective material so our floors stayed clean and dry. Prestige Carpet Cleaning was great and I'll definitely use them again!

Evan was stellar. Polite, knowledgeable and most importantly up front on costs (which were pretty on par from the estimate). Overall a great experience with Evan and Prestige.

Always very polite everything is very clean with them. They clean up everything and they do a beautiful job every time. I’m very peaceful and it’s not just shampooing the carpets. It’s cleaning my ducks and everything. They were just wonderful so thank you.

Great service

Prestige Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets and furniture! We have had 2 large dogs and a cat and all the fur and messes cleaned up very nicely. Great communication. Very professional

Arrived in time and did amazing work. Explained the entire procedure and confirmed price.

The area rugs look brand new. Great job.

I’ve used prestige a few times. Always love the professional manner and their thoroughness and attention to detail. They did a great job

Had Kayris come out to clean our carpets and wow, what a difference! Super professional from the moment they showed up — on time, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took extra care on some tough stains we'd basically given up on, and the carpets came out looking brand new (and smelling amazing too).

Really appreciated how thorough Kayris was — didn't cut any corners, got into all the areas that usually get missed. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job, not just rushing through it.

If you're booking with this company, ask for Kayris. Would 100% use them again!

I had such a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning company! From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and did an amazing job cleaning my Berber carpet. I also added the pet cleaning service, and I was so impressed with the results!

The carpets look and feel fantastic, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of work provided.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. Fantastic service, great value, and genuinely wonderful people to deal with!

Cleaning staff were polite and respectful of my home. They answered any questions I had satisfactorily. The carpet and upholstery looked great after.

We are very happy with the carpet cleaning from prestige. Evan was very thorough and it shows how much care and detailed he was when cleaning. He went the extra mile shifting and moving furniture, adding risers or covers for non plastic furniture. He brought new life to our old carpet and the benefect spray and guard helped to remove any pet odors. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend

Great job! My couch and carpet came up beautifully! They were wonderful!

It was a great job. The technician did an excellent job

I had a fantastic experience with Prestige Carpet Cleaning! The team was extremely professional and arrived in uniform and on time, which made a great first impression. They did a very thorough job with the cleaning and took extra care to safeguard my walls and floors while using their equipment. They also scotch guarded my furniture and carpets. I really appreciate their attention to detail and high level of care. Highly recommend their services!

We recently had Prestige clean our family room furniture and couldn’t be happier with the results. Evan arrived on time, was courteous and professional and respectful of our home and pet. He carefully explained the entire process from start to finish before starting the job. The furniture looks new and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for carpet or upholstery cleaning. In fact, I gave their number to a friend who has already called!

Excellent service! Prestige Carpet Cleaning was very easy to deal with from beginning to end. They were professional, efficient, and handled the entire service smoothly. They cleaned my couches and left them looking amazing. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. Great experience overall!

Great service

Lance & Zubin were our technicians.
They were courteous, funny, professional and most important…did an incredible job.
I've never been disappointed with acquiring Prestige services.

Lance did an excellent job on my sofa and rug. I will definitely use them again

My husband and I moved into our new home and debated ripping out the carpets. We decided to have them cleaned in hopes they would look okay enough to keep. Evan did a great job bringing our carpets back to life and getting all the dirt and stains out. 23 year old carpets look almost new.

Very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

All round great experience with Prestige: easy to understand quote, professional and fully equipped team. Care was taken to protect our home and our upholstery was efficiently cleaned and refreshed. Ducts and dryer vent thoroughly cleaned and disinfected too. Easy peasy! We recommend you try Prestige too!

The company was absolutely excellent. People were very, very good providing good advice for cleaning a second difficult rug. Our only minor complaint was a slight yellowing on one side of the rug which looked like the cleaning solution may have been pushed to that end and not completely removed. We don't know if that was the case or if that was due to the make-up of the rug.

I recently had duct cleaning and carpet cleaning done at my home, excellent service from start to finish. The carpet cleaning team Ethan and Dylan were professional, punctual, and thorough. I was explained the entire process clearly and was well informed on what I was paying for. The carpets look great, and I noticed a difference in the air quality after the duct cleaning. I would highly recommend Prestige.

My husband had used there company before for cleaning our vents we had a good experience with them and had very good prices, contacted them and got a good quote for cleaning our carpets they are beige and with 2 small kids and a dog it was dirty, Lance the Durham technician was a big help knowledgeable
,helpful and professional we would definitely recommend Lance and Prestige he was able to get all our stains out thanks to Lance.

Good communication for details of appointment. I knew at what time of there arrival. Lance and his partner were polite, respectful of our home and excellent job completed. Already recommended Prestige to a family member.
The whole experience with Prestige was easy and pleasant. Thank you

The staff were kind and explained the process. They were efficient and showed me pictures of the ducts before and after.

Was very satisfied

This is our first time using Prestige Carpet Cleaning and we are very satisfied. All our expectations were met; price, quality and delivery. Evan was very personable, arrived on time walked us through his assessment and made sure we were satisfied with his work.

Lance cleaned our carpets today so thoroughly. It was absolutely a pleasure having him here. The prices were great ($275 incl tax for 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs ) . Lance cleaned up so well too. Extremely happy with the service . Photos speak for itself .

We had Josh and Lucas from prestige come and clean carpets…. They worked very hard. They were very professional and the results were excellent

Great service! Very friendly and professional. My carpets and furniture look fantastic

Evan did an awesome job very pleased with the extra help he provided me with moving a few things around

Wow. I'm very impressed with these folks from the beginning to the end! They are very professional and a reasonable price.

Right from the beginning, I was very impressed with their fast and professional communication ( and the appointment was less than a week away). They first have me a range of pricing depending on the severity of the stains because they didn't see the carpet yet (the range was only about $50).

On the day of the appointment, I received a call with an estimate of when they would arrive- I already had a window off time for their arrival but this was a smaller window of time.

When they arrived, I was impressed once again with the professional appearance of two team members, Josh and Karess (sorry for the spelling) – they wore proper uniforms, were neat in appearance, and they were very professional when speaking too.

Josh walked through the property with me and confirmed the final price before they started doing the work so there were no surprises. It turned out to be at the low end of the quote.

They took their time and did a really good job – especially in the neglected corners and along the edges.

The carpets looked great and smelled wonderful. i had several compliments from my tenants.

PRICING – this was one of the most pleasant surprises, when I heard they were getting a quote from their commercial division for my three-story apartment building, I expected a huge uplift in price.. however, price was reasonable and almost 1/3 of the price I received from another local carpet cleaner.

I will not hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend them!

I have used Prestige for over 10 yrs now and they are always reliable. Our technician was polite and efficient and did an amazing job!

Amazing service, Evan was quick and efficient. He did a pre walkthrough talked me through the process. Then, after they were done, which I might add was very efficiently done. He did another walkthrough and today (the next day) the carpets look immaculate, pristine, as though it was a new install. Great work! Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed the clean, respectfull, Service of Prestige Carpet Cleaning. They took care of our couches and carpets to improve the air quality in our home. From the 1st call, to this review, this is the team we will call for an exceptional job.

Always an excellent experience. They do a fantastic job, workers are professional and very friendly. Price is comparable to others, but this service is better than others, in my experience.

Came on time and was very knowledgeable and did a great cleaning job on 4 area rugs. Will recommend to family and friends.

When first time I contacted to company after Chat GPT suggestion, The lady was so informative over the phone. She explained everything.
Then we booked the day and time of service.
But even last minute change of time from my side,
They accommodated me as per my feasibility.
Service was amazing.
For cleaning carpet I will give 100 out of 100
This is the reason you guys are in business since last 30 years.

Very professional service. Prestige responded quickly to my call and the technicians arrived the next day. Service was quick, thorough and efficient.

Great communication from the quote to when the service tech would arrive. The service tech explained the process And completed the work as discussed. They look great! Very professional throughout thank you so much

First class experience start to finish. Brian and Todd, who both live in Northumberland County, were great to have in the house and accommodated the particular needs for a crazy cat who had to be sequestered in one room while they did the others. TX Prestige

Excellent experience. Quick, professional. Knowledgable. Brian, Abu, and Cooper were very pleasant. Will call again next time we need our air ducts cleaned. Thanks!

Highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning as they provide excellent, professional and timely service. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned in the almost 24 years that we have owned our house. When I called Prestige to get a quote and book an appointment the representative was polite, professional, and patient. She gave clear responses to my questions and provided me with quotes for the various services that did not change once the services were provided. I was able to book an appointment within a week of my call and was given an approximate time of when the technicians would arrive – one of the technicians called the day before my appointment to narrow the time to a one hour window and they arrived when they said they would. Brian and Todd were our technicians – they were not only polite and courteous but also neat (e.g. wore shoe covers) and counted all the vents and cold air returns, gave clear explanations of what they would be doing and let us know the approximate timeline it would take. We asked them to also clean our dryer vents and our central vacuum ports/line which they graciously did (extra charge but we were already aware that those services were extra). They offered an extra service of spraying a disinfectant (which we did) but were not pushy or trying to upsell by any means – just showed us the brochure, and told us about the benefits of having it done then left the decision up to us. They took before and after pictures and showed us the results. In and out in less than two hours for a 2300 sq. ft bungalow. If you need your ducts cleaned, I would highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning!

Great job! The crew was professional, efficient and polite. The house breathes better, so do we!

We booked Prestige to clean our microfiber couch, 2 arm chairs and some area rugs. Everything was seamless from booking to completion. Our cleaner came in the estimated time frame and ABSOLUTELY exceeded my expectations!!! Evan—our specialist—did unbelievable work! That man is a magician! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!! Thanks to Prestige and especially Evan, my furniture looks brand new!

Excellent service.

It was really professional and clean work

We had the ducts and dryer vent cleaned in our townhouse. The crew that was sent was very polite, professional, clean and prompt. We will continue to use Prestige for our cleaning services.

Excellent service and respectful staff

These guys were excellent! We had them clean and sanitize the ducts at a place we moved into. There was a weird smell in the house, and these guys identified where it was coming from. They cleaned and sanitized our ducts, and the smell was gone! They were super professional, know what they’re doing, and got the job done well. We’ve even used them for carpet cleaning in the past, and the they were awesome.

Our experience with Prestige Duct Cleaning was excellent from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige to anyone who is thinking about duct cleaning

Representatives did a good job with the steam cleaning of my carpeting. Would recommend, if you need deep cleaning in your home. Cleaner used has a nice fresh scent.

Kenny was fantastic. Did a great job cleaning the area rugs and was friendly and efficient. Definitely will be using Prestige again.

Right from the contact for a quote till the time the job was finished, they were wonderful! Answered all questions and appointment day was fast. Would highly recommend Prestige. Dylan was very professional and took his time cleaning carpets and couches.

Gr8 experience, josh was very friendly and efficient, anwered all my questions, my 86 yr old mom was very happy .
Would highly recommend

I called Prestige to book them in after a very bad experience with another duct cleaning company. Prestige was much more professional, the final bill was as quoted plus the extra vents and I was well aware of that. I already have them set in my calendar for me to call in April of 2028.
This will be the only company I use going forward. Thank you!!

The men that came to do our ducts were the most pleasant people. Both were respectful and polite. They explained exactly what they were going to do before they did it. They introduced themselves as soon as they arrived . They were so kind to wait till we had our two cats secure as they are both quite scared of new things. We’re so careful with bringing equipment in to our home. I was so pleased with their work and respectful manner I have already told two of my children that they will be invited back for sure and have recommended them to them as well.

The guys did a great job. They took time and ensured all vents were clean. 100% recommended if you are in Durham region

Jay and Todd arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional, as were all of the staff I talked to. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service !!
Had Dylan and Cooper doing my home
Both professional and efficient

I’d recommend Prestige to anyone

They did duct cleaning for our house. They were professional and did a good job. I recommend them.

As always, Prestige Carpet Cleaning did a great job and their technician was courteous and very attentive to the cleaning. Highly recommend them!

Great service. Used Prestige many times and always happy.

I had the pleasure of Brian and Ethan completing a base level package cleaning of our home. They put down drop sheets for bringing in their gear and gave a thorough overview of how everything works and what was entailed in the setup. They were in and out in an hour with no issues, no mess, and they even provided before and after photos to show the difference in the ductwork. The office staff were wonderful to converse with regarding appointment scheduling and any questions I had. I will 100% be using Prestige again for any future duct cleaning needs.

From my first call with Cassandra to the end result, everything was great! Cassandra was extremely pleasant to talk with over the phone when I initially reached out, she went over all the details and was very thorough. Kenny did the actual cleaning and he was extremely friendly and did a great job with the cleaning. My husband and I are very happy with the results and will definitely use again in the future.

Kristian and Jay came to our house to clean the ducts today. I have to say they did an amazing job! They walked us through the whole procedure before and after the cleaning and showed us before and after pictures as well as showing us the actual ducts before and after.
They were both very professional and treated our house with respect.
Thank you so much Kristian and Jay!
I definitely recommend these guys!

Extremely professional and efficient service provided. No issues at all! Would use them again in the future.

The 2 gentleman where polite and did a great cleaning job on my furniture. I highly recommend this company.

Cleaning was good. Cleaned the carpets in both bedrooms within 2 hours

Amazing service! The Technicians were very polite, thorough and efficient. They did a great job and we are super happy! The difference in dust is unreal!

Great customer friendly service. One stop shopping for duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. Spring never smelled this good! This was a return visit for me and they had all my services and their prices handy. Very professional service! S.

In a word: Impressive.
In many more words: the whole process was easy. From booking and asking questions before hand they were very responsive and clear. Pricing was transparent and was as per the quite they provided.

Now the duct cleaning. Brian and Evan arrived promptly, introduced themselves and then got to work making sure all the floors were protected and were efficient and getting things going. They communicated just the right amount with what they were doing and how it impacted me. Warning my wife and baby when a loud bit was coming up in the process.
Best of all they were able to show me before and after photos of my ducts and were keen to impress and leave me with peace of mind, and they did.
If I had a questions, they didn't want me to just take their word for it they would happily run and take a picture to show me.

Was entirely satisfied with prestige duct cleaning. See you guys in a few years time!

Top notch service! From my initial telephone inquiry, the person I spoke to was very pleasant to deal with, helpful, and made me feel confident in the services I would soon be receiving.

PeeJay and Todd did an outstanding job further explaining all technical aspects of the process, they too were very kind, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and handledhed everything with great care.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of work done and my overall experience with this business. Because of this, I can highly recommend Prestige to anyone with great confidence.

Very happy with the experience , our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a while . The results turned out very well !

I’ve now used this company for duct cleaning across three different properties, and their professionalism and level of detail are consistently impressive.

For the first two properties, Ethan W. and Kenny Z. did a fantastic job. For the third property, PeeJay R. and Cooper K. handled the work with the exact same high standard of care.

In all three instances, the teams were thorough in explaining the necessary preparations prior to arrival and walked me through their process upon arrival. They surveyed each area carefully and took proactive steps to keep the homes clean while they lay the suction tubes and throughout working.

I especially appreciated their transparency regarding additional options (HRV cleaning, etc..). While they offered a few extra services for consideration, they were not pushy at all when I decided to decline. After completing the jobs, they explained exactly what had been done, shared "before and after" photos, and walked through the final invoice before charging for the services.

It is rare to find such transparency and consistency across different crews. I am very satisfied and highly recommend their 5 star services!

Second time using Prestige for duct cleaning and our experience was twice as good as the first time. From start to finish Peejay and Cooper were clean and very efficient. I was kept informed of what was being done every step of the way. Will use their service again in the future and recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Prestige Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpets. They had several stains, and the results were a significant improvement, they look much better now.

Dylan was fantastic, patient, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was done to a high standard. I also appreciated the company’s follow-up call to check on the service, as well as their clear communication and timely arrival updates.

Overall, a great experience with outstanding professionalism. Highly recommended and special thanks to Dylan for his excellent work!

This is the second time I have used Prestige and have been very happy with their service.
The team is very professional and knowledgeable and explained what and how they get the job done.
Keep up the good work.

Professional, friendly and amazing job. I would definitely use them again.

We could not praise the employees enough. They were on time, extremely courteous and explained everything they were doing. Very respectful to our home.

Prestige Duct Cleaning is a great service that is organized, accommodating, has fair and honest pricing and has great communication. Dylan and Todd were very professional and kept a clean work environment throughout the entire process. The office staff were also very helpful and kind. I highly recommend contacting them for your all your duct and carpet cleaning needs.

This is about the fifth time we’ve had Prestige clean our carpets and furniture. They always do an exceptional job. Rizoldo is very professional and makes sure the job is done to perfection. I would highly recommend this company

Great customer service and my rugs look like new.

We're very happy with the carpet cleaning. Our 17 year old carpets look almost new again. Excellent service!

TLDR: Prestige Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I was wary of hiring a duct cleaner since there’s so many tele-marketers to weed out before you can find a reputable company. Prestige had a real business address that showed up on Google Maps with company vehicles in the parking lot; it wasn’t run out of a non-descript house, strip mall, or a PO box. I reached out about a price using their online form and received a quote with a fair price in a matter of minutes. Their booking agent was able to accommodate my work schedule and sent Dylan and Todd this past Friday afternoon. The two gentlemen showed up right on time, in a clean company truck and wearing matching uniforms (this gave me confidence I wasn’t dealing with a fly-by-night operation). They instantly got to work assessing the ducting and laying down floor coverings and corner protectors to ensure the vacuum hose didn’t damage my walls. They offered two soft upsells, one of which (A/C coil cleaning), I had planned on asking about anyway. After about an hour and 45 minutes, they were all done, cleaned up behind themselves and processed my payment. Dylan and Todd did a fantastic job, were very friendly and efficient, and communication from Prestige was excellent.

I Just had my ducts cleaned in the morning and my carpet cleaned in the afternoon coordinqated by the Lady I placed my order with. The duct technicians Peejay and Cooper were very professional and did a excellent job and cleaned up when finishing……The carpet cleaner then arrived on schedule his name is Rizaldo hope it's spelled okay and we went over my concerns with some stains. He explained his approach to my concerns.Upon completion of his cleaning I was completely satisfied.
This is a great company with well trained employees

Detailed and professional service

I am so pleased with my newly cleaned carpets that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prestige Carpet Cleaning. Rizaldo the young gentleman that did the work was very respectful and efficient and did a great job.
A neighbour actually recommended Prestige because he was so happy with their service.

Everyone from the person who booked my appointment to the technician who performed the work was pretty awesome. I still can't believe how great my carpets look. Cream carpets never professionally cleaned before, 14 years of dogs and humans trekking all over them, and they look brand new again. Highly recommend!

Josh and Dylan were very courteous and professional in their approach, they explained the entire process and advised on any changes and tweaks that were necessary, they used floor covers and corner protectors which was a big deal for me.
Excellent service and they left the house in impeccable condition.
Highly recommend this service.
Definitely not the cheapest but absolutely worth it.

Excellent work! Prestige were professional and thorough with the duct and dryer cleaning and charged a reasonable rate. Very happy with the outcome and would strongly recommend them!

Excellent service!

We recently had our first duct cleaning done by Prestige, and it was a great experience. Ethan clearly explained the entire process before starting, which made us feel very comfortable and informed.

The team was very professional and friendly at the same time. I especially appreciated how careful they were about keeping the house clean throughout the process.

Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I look forward to welcoming the Prestige team again in the future.

Great service for rug restoration and color correction.
They are very professional work and the price was reasonable…

Recommanded

The technicians were very pleasant and professional and explained what they were doing.

Excellent service. From booking, notifications, arrival on time, cleaning, additional service suggestions (humidifier filter and air dryer vent) to crew professionalism. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I am very pleased with the cleaning job that Prestige did, specifically Kenny. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating and showed up on time. He worked diligently and spent a lot of time to clean our furniture and stair carpets. Everything looks great!

Dylan and Evan did a professional job of cleaning our furnace ductwork and the a/c condenser….they were very polite, respectful of our home, answered our questions and generally worked non- stop once they arrived…..overall the experience was positive and we would wholeheartedly recommend this company to our family and friends….thanks,
Don Kellar

A wonderful experience from the phone call to the guys, Ethan and Todd that came to do all the cleaning of our ducts.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional guys. Took the time to explain the process, offer services that would benefit us with absolutely no pressure involved.
They do a fantastic job and were quick and efficient.
Thank you so much!!!!

Rizaulto was amazingly professional and did a great job

Update – Anoo reached out once I posted the review and sorted out the concerns professionally. Appreciate such businesses that put time and effort towards mending situations like these. I’ll be trying them hopefully in the future when the need arises.

I’m disappointed with the value and communication aspect. I paid the two-room minimum rate, but they refused to include the "free protection treatment" promotion because I only had one room and a chair cleaned. Logically, if I pay for the two-room package, I should get the perks of that package. Communication was also poor. I was promised a text with a 2-hour arrival window on the morning of the appointment. By 11:00 AM, I had heard nothing. When I called, I was told they were running late and would arrive between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The technician was professional, but the results were underwhelming. I see almost no difference in the high-traffic areas, and the armchair looks the same as the one I didn't have cleaned. The company needs to work on its customer service and be more transparent about expectations. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

We recently used their services for duct cleaning, and Dylan and Kenny from Prestige Duct Cleaning handled the job. We are very pleased with their work. Thank you, Dylan and Kenny, for your excellent service and for explaining the process to us step by step.

Amazing service. I cleaned my 5*7 white carpet. It is amazing work!

Super happy with our duct cleaning. The team arrived on time, were very courteous and efficient. They explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions. Our house smells great!

Very professional and polite. Would recommend!

Great effective efficient and fast service. Very professional

Crew was on time and friendly and worked very well. They were very respectful of my house and my 4 cats to ensure they didn't get out. They showed me before and after pictures. Very very satisfied. They also found the ac coils above my furnace were dirty and offered to clean it and showed me proof of the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this done

Very professional and do their work very well

It was great to get my carpets looking so fresh n clean .
The service was quick n efficient .

Prestige Carpet Cleaning was very easy and quick to book my appointment. The representative Cassidy I spoke with was very thorough and friendly. They came the next day. The technician Evan was very knowledgeable and professional and clearly outlined the work he would be doing. He did a great job cleaning my carpet, ottoman and office chair for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company.

Used Prestige Carpet Cleaners for years. And they never disappoint. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

We’re very pleased with the service that Rizaldo provided for us.

Excellent service, as usual! This is not the first time we have used Prestige for carpet cleaning. Spoke to Cassidy to make the appointment who was nothing but helpful and polite. Evan arrived this afternoon to clean the carpets and set up throws to protect our floors and railings. He went over the process and confirmed the areas I had issues with. Evan was very polite, informative and when he was finished he made sure I was happy with the look of the carpet. Fantastic customer service and always happy with the results.

The 2 gentlemen who serviced my house were very polite , clean , respectful of our home, explained the service , offered suggestions and really cared about the quality of their work.

Verry good service from Prestige Carpet Cleaning. It was 2nd time they clean my home furniture.. highly recomended 100% cleaning done Thankyou..

We couldn't be happier with the service we received with Prestige Duct Cleaning. They arrived on time, did a very thorough job cleaning the ducts and the intake vents. We used another company before but it was more expensive. The gentlemen who did the job were very polite and explained what they were doing, they were dressed neatly and even wore ties!! We found a company with old fashioned values and service. I am pleased to say we will use them again and probably use their other services as well!!

Friendly, quick and very knowledgeable. They did a great job.

Great experience! The technician was able to remove all the stains from my carpets — they practically look brand new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and thorough carpet cleaning.

Very happy so far with Prestige. Technician was very nice.

The two guys that arrived were very polite and professional. They got down to business and explained what they were doing as it went along. They worked hard and fast and did a great job. We hired them as we were getting a new furnace. The gentleman that did the install even commented on what a great job they did and said Prestige is the duct cleaner he prefers. No question that I will hire them again and recommend them to anyone that needs duct cleaning.

Job well done. Cleaning crew was professional, neat and organized.

Todd and Bryan arrived as scheduled and did a very thorough job of cleaning our ductwork after a reno.

Fantastic job done by Peejay and Cooper… excellent service provided will highly recommend them.. don’t expect them to be cheap but as they say you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what you get! Thanks again.

Excellent job with the cleaning the carpet. Delivery guys were friendly and respectful. Appreciated their service.

Very Professional service and worked well for All of the work that we had asked for.

Prestige Duct Cleaning was great. The team was very professional, really thorough, and got everything done quickly. The whole process was smooth and way easier than I expected. I’d definitely recommend them.

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I am highly impressed with service provided by your team. This was my 2nd time using your services. Will use again next year.

We had our ducts cleaned today and had a great experience. Ethan and Dylan were very considerate and communicative, especially about noise and letting me know which areas they’d be working in next. This was incredibly helpful since I have a puppy at home. I really appreciated the extra thought and accommodation — it made the whole process much less stressful. Professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Im not sure they need another 5 star review but they fully deserve all the recognition. Very professional, on time, friendly, honest, before and after photos. Went the extra mile. Will hire and reccomend to friends and family

Really easy to book appointment
Great follow up. Follow up on timing is perfect.
Really happy with proficient professional way this service was executed.

Thank you

Prestige was able to book our services within a few days. We had an area rug, family room and a sectional couch cleaned. All came out beautifully and look totally refreshed. We were offered additional solutions that disinfect carpet/fabric and counteract pet smells. These are safe for people and pets and I feel they are worth the upgrade. Our rooms and furniture are bright and fresh for a new year!

We recently got our duct cleaning done, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. We actually decided to call and book this company after hearing positive reviews from our neighbour.

When we first called for a quote, the receptionist who answered the call was extremely polite and professional. She explained everything in detai and answered all our questions patiently, and made the whole booking process very smooth.

Brian and Ethan did an amazing job. Both were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They wore proper shoe covers, made sure everything was well covered, and ensured there was no dust or mess left behind. We also opted for the disinfectant treatment after the duct cleaning, as well as dryer vent cleaning, and everything was done perfectly.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and professionalism of the entire team. We will definitely recommend this company to others, just like it was recommended to us.

I am getting a new dryer in the coming weeks so I thought it would be a good time to get our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. We booked with prestige, they came the next day. They were quick and professional. We have noticed a difference in how clean our air is. I would go with Prestige again.

Thankyou for terrific service.

Used them again to do carpet clean. Ronin was did a great job removing all the stains. 5 Stars.

The two individuals were very professional and prepped the place to avoid damaging or stretching the floors. Was happy with the service as they provide pictures of the bad vents to have an idea of how bad it was. Two thumbs up.

Very well priced and extremely professional staff. Highly recommend.

The crew that came in to clean our ducts were very professional and they did a superb job! They kept our carpets clean with boot covers and our home warm with door covers too.
Dylan explained in detail what they were doing and how the process was going from beginning to end and has also recommended us where to install a return vent in our basement that was in need of one and has also gave us recommendations for extra care to our vents. We will definitely be going with Prestige in the future our home has never felt this fresh! Thank you!

Great service, our second time using Prestige. Peejay and Cooper were very friendly—would recommend

Great stuff, great service, very satisfied.

I called to get two very dirty carpets cleaned. One was especially soiled with cat fur imbedded in the fibres. I was unsuccessful cleaing it myself so I calle Prestige on a whim. I am delighted with the results, from thinking I needed to replace to looking like new. I would recommend them. They even picked up and delivered at no additional cost. Great job!

The service was white glove service, very professional…I’ll be recommending prestige to all my family and friends.

From the moment, Josh and Todd entered my home they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every step of the progress was explained and I have before and after pictures (plus a tennis ball and a ribbon spool) to prove they do excellent work thank you once again for providing me with benchmark Service, something that most of us are leery about in the duct cleaning world

Prestige Carpet did a fantastic job on my stairs. Wilson was very professional and pleasant to work with. He did 3 flights of stairs and they look so much better than before. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very prompt and efficient service. Very professional, from customer service reps to the cleaning technicians. I hired them to clean the carpets upstairs of a 3 bedroom home and the results were better than I expected. Will definitely use again.

Good professional service provided. Very happy with their service!

Great job. On time very clean. Tram very friendly and professional . Will use again

We used Prestige on recommendation of friends. Technicians Dane & Jesse came in the morning to clean our ducts and Rizaldo came in the afternoon to clean the upholstery on 2 lazy boy armchairs. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and very helpful when I called to book an appointment. The employees arrived exactly on time, were friendly and respectful. They wore booties and worked very hard. We were shown photos of the ducts before and after cleaning them. The chairs look brand new after being cleaned. This is a company who understands the meaning of “customer service”. For your duct cleaning or carpet/upholstery absolutely call Prestige!

Fantastic service! Quick and easy to book and they were prompt and super efficient. I appreciated the extra steps they took to keep everything tidy!

Very professional and courteous team did a great job cleaning the carpets.

Pleased with service provided. Employees were efficient, friendly and knowlegable. Not the cheapest around but as always you get what you pay for. Dont get fooled by Facebook fly by night companies that offer to good to be true prices. Used Prestige due to the fact I see them around continously and am pleased at results after home reno.

I was very impressed with the carpet and furniture cleaning service that I received from Prestige. The two men who cleaned my area rug and couches/chairs were excellent – they worked hard for several hours, and the furniture came out great. They definitely improved the look and cleanliness of my furniture and carpet. They even moved out my old area rug to the front porch without me asking, as an added courtesy. I felt Prestige was excellent quality, professionalism and excellent value. I definitely would recommend them.

Prestige Duct Cleaning is an excellent company to work with right from the initial phone call the experience was professional, welcoming and friendly, Cooper & Kristjan arrived on time I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and the care they took with my long neglected duct work they did a fantastic job I could not be happier!

We recently had reno completed and desperately needed ducts cleaned. Dane and Jesse arrived on time and gave exceptional duct cleaning service. What a team! Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Dane was very personable and explained as he went along. Floors were protected and all vents were thoroughly cleaned. Their equipment far surpassed previous companies used. Dane showed me before pictures and then when done showed after pictures. I have had ducts cleaned many times but this was the best service we ever had. Everything including the vacuuming out of the entire furnace was completed. I highly recommend adding the Benefect. Cons: None I wish I had used this company before now. I highly recommend their service from booking to completion. I plan on booking them to clean my carpets.

Company great at communicating the service on the day of .. quality of service was great !

The word Prestige is defined as widespread respect and admiration felt for someone or something on the basis of a perception of their achievements or quality. After receiving duct cleaning service from Marc Leroux and his partner Russell, my wife and I have been so impressed how Prestige Duct Cleaning lives up to its name! That’s why my wife and I have been loyal clients for several years. Keep up the great work gentlemen! We look forward in working with you again.

EXCELLENT – from booking to work completion! Personable, professional, knowledgeable & friendly technicians. While Bryan and Jesse took the time, they were also fast to complete the job properly, and gave useful recommendations. Truly appreciate their respect for our space and time, and the valuable suggestions for maintenance. THANK YOU.

Great job!

Excelent companý Arrived at the appointed timé Did a thorough job of cleaning my ductworko Very pleasant team

The technician was pleasant and thoroughly competent. All stains vanished. An experience I was dreading was actually almost stress free !

Extremely satisfied with all aspects of this business, from the office staff to the boots on the ground who cleaned my carpet. Highly professional, punctual and explained the services they provided.

I called Prestige carpet cleaning service on short notice, and they came right away—talk about impressive responsiveness! They did an exceptional job cleaning my carpets, leaving them looking fresh and spotless. The team was both friendly and professional throughout the entire process, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of reliable and efficient carpet cleaning. Five stars all the way!

Scheduling the appointment was easy with quick availability. However, the window of time was too broad for booking as I have a home based business and it really affected my day to not know exactly when they were coming. The work was done well, professional and thorough. No complaints at all about the service providers. The price ended up being significantly higher than I expected, but I believe the value is there and our air quality will be substantially better. I will use Prestige again in the future and will now have a more realistic idea of cost.

Evan was great. Absolutely professional service! Highly recommended. Amazing job like always.

The Prestige team was very communicative about their services, and quickly responded to my inquiry for a quote. The team goes through prep and the actual service thoroughly, and is very friendly while providing directions. They were able to clean out a filter that was dry walled, and made sure to ask our permission before taking action. We are very happy with the service Prestige carried out for us!

This is my second time using Prestige and I would definitely use them again. They are professional, efficient and results are even better than what I was expecting. I had to change my appointment a few times due to some unfinished renovation work and the office was always very helpful and accommodating. The technician, Wilson, was also very professional and polite and did a fantastic job on some stains/spots and freshening up the carpet to look almost new again.

Excellent company. From booking the service, to the technicians arriving on time, to doing a thorough job and cleaning up after themselves and explaining every step to us, all was excellent. Would highly recommend Prestige.

Great experience with Prestige. I was in a hurry to get my carpet cleaned and limited with days I had available to be home for them to do the job They not only accommodated my request they did a great job ! Thank you.

Our basement reno took a little longer to wrap up, and we had to reschedule our duct cleaning twice. Prestige accommodated us at every turn and provided friendly, helpful and informative service. Due to our daughters chemical sensitivity, they even offered a more natural but still hospital-graded cleansing agent. Our techs, Josh and PJ, were thorough with their cleaning and treated our home with care, as seen in their laying down mats for their vacuum equipment, enclosing the front door space with a wind shield cover, and more! Prestige definitely stood out for having A++ communication, good prices, thorough service, and being altogether efficient!

THEY DID EXCELLENT JOB

Rizaldo did an excellent job on my carpet. The stains are gone and the whole house smells fresh and disinfected. I would highly recommend him!

Great job for our older house Techs D and C where very professional Answered my questions Clarified my concerns Quite satified and aleady noticing air quality Recommend to neighbors Calling for next service in 2 years Thanks again Alex

Very impressed with the service, from the very first call to the work done by the team (Dillon and Carson). Highly recommend!

** EXCEEDED ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS ** We have always been suspicious of duct cleaning businesses in general, and never used them before with either of our previous homes. Our current house built in the ‘80’s, was recently reno’ed and we were exploring air quality solutions to reduce dust, improve air quality, breathing and allergy concerns. We did some research and Prestige came up repeatedly as a very highly recommended local company with great reviews from our neighbours. We booked appointment online. Cassandra promptly called to confirm the appointment, explain the process and answer any questions. On day of appointment, we received email, text and a telephone call from Cassandra confirming when the service team (Dylan and Cooper) would be arriving. Dylan and Cooper arrived on time, were both very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took time to explain the process, answer questions prior to executing a well organized staging and planning for their job to ensure everything in our home was protected. They did exactly as they explained they would, and checked in frequently to see if we had any questions or concerns. Throughout the process we had opportunity to witness many of the before/after results in real time. ** WE ARE 100% PRESTIGE DUCT CLEANING BELIEVERS! ** When Dylan and Cooper completed everything, they left our home very clean, disinfected, smelling amazing, and we’re even convinced the HVAC system runs better as a result. (We added the disinfectant and reusable filter options for an affordable extra fee.) PRESTIGE DEFINITELY MADE A SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT TO OUR HOME’S AIR QUALITY. ** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ** D132071

Excellent Work!! Thank you! 5 Star Plus Service!

I asked for a quote and received one quickly. I was able to book an appointment within a few days of wanting to have the service. I was given a large time frame initially for the appointment (between 8am and 1pm) but was called the day before and the time was narrowed down to a one hour slot. The technicians arrived on time. They were very nice and explained everything along the way. They gave me information on how to fix a problem with the vent on the roof so the clog doesn’t continue to happen. They wore booties in the house on top of their shoes. The process was very quick overall. My only wish is that in the quote I would have been told that there would be an additional charge of an extra $99+tax if they had to go into the attic, which of course they did. Or even when I was booking the appointment. So I went from thinking I was going to pay $200 to just over $300. So that was a surprise during the appointment so not much I could do about that. Other than that the service and communication were great.

The 2 gentlemen who came to clean our ducts today did a fantastic job and had impeccable manners

Very friendly and informative. The utmost respect was taken to protect my home.

What fantastic service this company offered from the office staff who booked my appointment calling me a few days later to make sure I was totally satisfied to the technicians arriving on time they fully protected my house from the back door of there truck to the basement into the furnace area. They walked me through exactly what they were going to perform and completed it in a timely fashion and in a professional fashion. Showed me pictures of before and after and even gave me some pointer tips on preventive maintenance. I’m not sure if you can request the two technicians , but their names are. Dylan and cooper . Thank you for treating my house like it was your own. Again thank you for your service .

Your technician renewed my faith in the trades. The best service I have received from anyone in the trades since 2000 #Professional #Courteous #FemaleFriendly #ExtraMileService

Very professional duct cleaning services. A thorough job was completed by the technicians.

We have hired Prestige on several occasions and they never disappoint, from the ease of booking online to letting me know when the arrival time was to explaining the entire process. The cleaner was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable and quick! We look forward to hiring them again for either duct cleaning or regular carpet cleaning which look like new again!

Very professional service, and the staff was efficient!

I just recently had renovations to my house, which caused so much dust to my entire house. Both gentlemen who visited my home, were very pleasant, respectful and courteous. Upon completion of cleaning the ducts, they also disinfect the house, smells lovely.

Very professional service. Came on time, showed me photos of before and after. Clean and quick. Very respectful and kept my house clean despite the equipment.

What a great experience! Todd & Brian came to do the duct cleaning today at our home, followed by Wilson who did our carpet cleaning. We are amazed! They all did an excellent job and were professional, friendly and efficient! Thank you!

Brian and Todd were amazing, funny and thorough. I will definitely use Prestige Duct Cleaning again. They let me know when they were coming and confirmed everything was in good order and if the job was done to my satisfaction. I have peace of mind knowing that I can “breath easy” now that my ducts are clean and disinfected.

Great service by PJ and Todd, very professional, clean and very informative. I will definitely be recommending Prestige to my family and friends.

We had an outstanding experience with Prestige Duct Cleaning. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Cooper and Dylan, the duct cleaners, arrived on time and were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. They ensured everything was clean and well taken care of. Rizaldo also did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, couches, and area rug—they look as good as new, if not better! The entire process, from receiving the quote to the final invoice, was quick, easy, and seamless. With Prestige, you’re definitely getting what you pay for: professionalism, experience, and excellent service. I would highly recommend them—I’ve already shared their info with friends and family. A solid 100% recommendation!

Got their name off the web. Showed up, friendly, polite and got the job done with a minimum of fuss. Price as quoted. We could do with more services that behave this way. Would recommend!

Prestige Duct Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my Ducts. PeeJay and Josh were professional and thorough. They did an excellent job and pointed out areas needing special attention and gave great advice. The before and after pictures are a testament to a job well done. I highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning to everyone needing this service.
