Marcus M. and James S. came to provide cleaning for the basement carpet and stairs leading to it.
From the time they both entered into my home to the time they completed the job and left, they showed great professionalism and excellent customer service. They took the time to carefully protect my wood flooring prior to going to the basement, where the actual cleaning took place. I had multiple stains on my beige carpet and i was extremely satisfied with the outcome of their hard work----- the carpet looks as good as new! They did an excellent job!!!

Markus was professional and thorough. Did a quick walk through and laid down floor covers to protect wood floors and wore foot coverings. Carpets cleaned and equipment removed within an hour. Carpets look like new - heavy foot traffic areas renewed. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend their services.

Josh and James did a great job for us, they were on schedule and took time and extra care to prepare the areas before cleaning. Today they cleaned an area rug, as well as our favourite arm chair and stairs to basement. They made everything look like new. Thank you! Amazing service, excellent technicians and great value for your money!
We got our carpets cleaned by Josh and James and they were superb! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. One of the rooms used to be play room for the kids with stains and spots of all sorts, I was surprised to see the carpets once they were done cleaning. They were able to even take the slime spots out!! They used “turbo fans” to accelerate the drying time which was perfect. I would highly recommend prestige to everyone and especially to the people with kids! You will be amazed with the results, same way that I am.

So happy! Big muddy paw prints I was not expecting to come out are totally gone. My cream colour carpet, looks brand new. Prestige Carpet exceeds all expectations for customer service every time. I am just as happy with the carpet cleaning Prestige did for me as I was with their duct cleaning service. Rizaldo cleaned my carpets and I was blown away by the difference! I thought the carpets in my new home were beige-ish but they are actually a light green..who knew! He was able to restore my carpets to be comfortable to live with until they are ripped out once other renovations are completed. Really saved me some money and it was greatly appreciated. I love to see that all the technicians arrive in clean trucks wearing clean, professional uniforms. It is refreshing to see that they all hold themselves to a high standard and it really shows in the work they provide. Will definitely be calling Prestige again and again.

I had Brian and Jake come to my home and clean my sofa, two area rugs, 6 dining room chairs and my mattress and the service was impeccable. They were prompt, on-time and very professional. My furniture turned up beautifully and stains that I thought would never come out, came out! Very happy with the carpet cleaning done by prestige carpet cleaning. The service technician Shawn showed up on time and was extremely professional and took care while clearing the rooms and cleaning the carpets. He was even very accommodating to my curious toddler watching him hook up all of the cleaning equipment..The results are amazing. I would highly recommend prestige carpet cleaning.

I just had 4 bedroom carpets, a basement carpet and a x-large sectional cleaned by Lee from Prestige Carpet Cleaning! AMAZING! I still can't believe how clean it all is. The air even feels different. I have a cat who has peed a few times on the carpet and sofa and it smelled like a barn. No matter how many times I tried to clean it, it always had that musty smell. I am relieved that now the smell is gone and it will only smell better and better as the cleaning solution drys and dissolves in the carpet. I am so happy I chose Prestige, I am a customer who likes a bargain and a great job and Prestige provides both! Thanks Lee!!!!

So greatly appreciate the beautiful work that Kevin and Sean did in our home . They where very polite , friendly and they had removed every single stain and now everything looks like new some stains have been attempted by other carpet cleaners and have never been removed prestige has just received a life long customer! this is our second time using prestige carpet cleaning and we are very happy with this service. we did living room three bedrooms , landing and stairs, also our sofa and lazy boy chair. all the difficult stains are gone including a dozen pets stains. carpet dried in a record 6 hours. we will use them again, they are our favourite service. thanx prestige and thank you Kevin, you are a very hard worker, and very cute smile. The time had come that we needed to get our carpets cleaned some fabric furniture cleaned and refreshed. As we didn't have a go to carpet cleaning company on standby we did a Google search to see if we could find a local company with good reviews that we could try out. From our initial call the young lady was very pleasant, provide the info and pricing required and set up an appointment. She stated that there would be a follow-up call the morning of scheduled cleaning and there was as promised. Josh showed up right on time to clean our carpets and furniture. He was in a shirt and tie, very professional (he's worked for them for a number of years and enjoys what he does) as he did a house review of what was to be done. He put on booties (over he footwear) put down tarps (to protect our wood floors), used corner guards (so paint doesn't get chipped off) and spent a good 4-5 hours cleaning. He even showed us a before and after picture of the dirtiest carpet. So needless to say based on service, follow up, Josh & pricing would recommend Prestige Carpet Cleaning in Whitby. Thank You - job well done.

We have had three dogs over 12 years so you can imagine the shape of the carpets. From the moment I requested an estimate, Prestige was very quick to respond and we had a date set very quickly.The gentleman who came to the house (and on time, if not early) was very professional, wore protective boot slips, had corner guards around the house, drop sheets and he worked very efficiently. Before he started he ask for a walk thru so I could show him some of the problem areas.The work done was fantastic. We were both very happy with the work done. He even (on his own) moved exercise equipment when I thought he would just work around it.I recommend this company to anyone. We will use them again. Watch on line too, they have great deals. They also do furniture cleaning which we will engage them for shortly.One last note on honestly. My wife and I agreed we were too laxed on the duration between cleaning and thought we should maybe do this once a year. When I mentioned it, the service rep said every two-three years is normal. I thought that was very honest of him to tell us. Some others may have said, "Yes, once a year for sure"Great company and great job
