I asked for a quote and received one quickly. I was able to book an appointment within a few days of wanting to have the service. I was given a large time frame initially for the appointment (between 8am and 1pm) but was called the day before and the time was narrowed down to a one hour slot. The technicians arrived on time. They were very nice and explained everything along the way. They gave me information on how to fix a problem with the vent on the roof so the clog doesn’t continue to happen. They wore booties in the house on top of their shoes. The process was very quick overall. My only wish is that in the quote I would have been told that there would be an additional charge of an extra $99+tax if they had to go into the attic, which of course they did. Or even when I was booking the appointment. So I went from thinking I was going to pay $200 to just over $300. So that was a surprise during the appointment so not much I could do about that. Other than that the service and communication were great.
