Scheduling the appointment was easy with quick availability. However, the window of time was too broad for booking as I have a home based business and it really affected my day to not know exactly when they were coming. The work was done well, professional and thorough. No complaints at all about the service providers. The price ended up being significantly higher than I expected, but I believe the value is there and our air quality will be substantially better. I will use Prestige again in the future and will now have a more realistic idea of cost.
