TLDR: Prestige Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I was wary of hiring a duct cleaner since there’s so many tele-marketers to weed out before you can find a reputable company. Prestige had a real business address that showed up on Google Maps with company vehicles in the parking lot; it wasn’t run out of a non-descript house, strip mall, or a PO box. I reached out about a price using their online form and received a quote with a fair price in a matter of minutes. Their booking agent was able to accommodate my work schedule and sent Dylan and Todd this past Friday afternoon. The two gentlemen showed up right on time, in a clean company truck and wearing matching uniforms (this gave me confidence I wasn’t dealing with a fly-by-night operation). They instantly got to work assessing the ducting and laying down floor coverings and corner protectors to ensure the vacuum hose didn’t damage my walls. They offered two soft upsells, one of which (A/C coil cleaning), I had planned on asking about anyway. After about an hour and 45 minutes, they were all done, cleaned up behind themselves and processed my payment. Dylan and Todd did a fantastic job, were very friendly and efficient, and communication from Prestige was excellent.
