Cassandra promptly called to confirm the appointment, explain the process and answer any questions. On day of appointment, we received email, text and a telephone call from Cassandra confirming when the service team (Dylan and Cooper) would be arriving. Dylan and Cooper arrived on time, were both very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took time to explain the process, answer questions prior to executing a well organized staging and planning for their job to ensure everything in our home was protected. They did exactly as they explained they would, and checked in frequently to see if we had any questions or concerns.
