Excellent service, as usual! This is not the first time we have used Prestige for carpet cleaning. Spoke to Cassidy to make the appointment who was nothing but helpful and polite. Evan arrived this afternoon to clean the carpets and set up throws to protect our floors and railings. He went over the process and confirmed the areas I had issues with. Evan was very polite, informative and when he was finished he made sure I was happy with the look of the carpet. Fantastic customer service and always happy with the results.
