Every step of the progress was explained and I have before and after pictures (plus a tennis ball and a ribbon spool) to prove they do excellent work thank you once again for providing me with benchmark Service, something that most of us are leery about in the duct cleaning world

Prestige Carpet did a fantastic job on my stairs. Wilson was very professional and pleasant to work with. He did 3 flights of stairs and they look so much better than before. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
