Before We Arrive: How to Prepare
1. Pre-Vacuum Thoroughly
To achieve the deepest clean possible, we strongly recommend vacuuming all carpeted areas before we arrive. Just as you would sweep a hard floor before mopping, pre-vacuuming helps remove loose dust, dirt, and pet hair—boosting the effectiveness of our carpet cleaning equipment.
2. Clear the Area
Please remove any lamps, plants, or breakable items from the cleaning area. This ensures both safety and access to all the spaces we’ll be cleaning.
3. Move Small Furniture
We’re happy to move common items like sofas, chairs, and coffee tables. However, we’re unable to move:
- Beds not on rollers
- Entertainment units or electronics
- Fragile furniture like china cabinets or large hutches
We will do our best to clean around or underneath any furniture we cannot safely move.
4. Secure Your Pets
We love animals, but for their safety (and ours), please make arrangements for your pets during your appointment. Reasons include:
- Doors may remain partially open during setup and cleaning.
- Loud equipment can frighten pets.
- Our tools and cleaning products may attract curious noses—and paws.
Set up a comfortable, secure space for your pet away from the work area.
On the Day of Your Cleaning
1. Arrival Time
- Morning appointments: You’ll receive a confirmation call the previous business day with a more specific time window.
- Afternoon appointments: Expect a call between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of your service.
2. Parking Requirements
Please ensure legal, paved parking within 50 feet of your home’s entrance for our vehicle and equipment.
