Afternoon Appointments (11 AM – 4 PM)

This is (employee name) calling from Prestige Carpet and Duct Cleaning. I am calling to confirm your carpet/furniture cleaning appointment scheduled for (date of appointment) with an arrival of sometime between (window of arrival) Pause.
We will call you on the morning of the appointment (Sometimes between 9:30 AM – 11 AM) to give you a two-hour arrival window.
If any, always address specific concerns right away. Repeat the concerns.
Example: “Oh, you have spoken to your spouse and this date is no longer convenient?
Let’s reschedule”.

To review your work order, I see you have…. (Breakdown customer’s entire work order, items, price then features. Example: Our 5 Room and Hall Package for $149. This covers five standard rooms each being within 225 square feet per room and one free complimentary hallway).

We are a C.O.D service and accept Debit, Visa, and Mastercard. The technicians will have the mobile debit machine once they arrive. If you could kindly move any lamps, plants, and breakables and give a light pre-vacuum to the carpeted areas being cleaned and leave a spot at the top of the driveway for our technicians to park, that would be greatly appreciated.
