I would be happy to help you with an estimate. We can clean your area rugs for you in your home if they are made of synthetic fiber for just $59 per rug (8×10 or larger) $69 per rug (6×9 or smaller). However, if your area rugs are made of natural fiber (wool, cotton or silk), they would need to picked up and brought back to the shop to be cleaned by our specialized technicians. It is then $2.39 per square foot for the first and largest rug. Each additional rugs are 25% off.

Do you happen to know if your area rug is made of Natural or Synthetic Fiber?
Natural: Wool, Cotton, Silk, etc.
Synthetic: Nylon, Olefin, Polypropylene, etc.

Cx is unsure:
Was it quite an expensive rug, say close to $1000 or did you purchase it at a big box store like WalMart or Costco? Do you mind if I ask how much you paid for your rug?

(Natural Fibre rugs are quite expensive. Synthetic rugs are not.)

What size are your area rugs?

That’s okay, roughly how big would you say they are? Does it fit under a coffee table or is it the full length of your sofa?

If cx is unsure at all about either their size or fibre of the rugs, quote cx for both and let them know when our technicians arrive, they will be able to consult with them and determine if we can clean the area rug in home or not and measure the rugs to be sure of the size.

We have free pickup and delivery. We will bring them back to our in house cleaning facility here at Prestige where a specialized technician will clean them both front and back as many times as needed to get a proper and thorough cleaning. We clean any fringes by hand and will hang the area rugs to dry to eliminate creases and folds. We then roll them up in craft paper and upon delivery we roll out the rugs for your inspection and approval. The technicians can then accept payment through MasterCard, Visa, or Debit. Are you normally home and available throughout the week? I currently have availability on (two options) with an arrival time of sometime between (arrival time). Which would you prefer?

I have scheduled your area rug pick up for (date) with an arrival time of sometime between (arrival time). We will call you back the day of your appointment sometime between (window of time set) to narrow down the arrival time to a two hour window and also let you know the name of your technician who will arrive.
