I have some urine/vomit/feces on my carpet that I have tried to clean up, but it still smells. Is there something I can do to take away the odour before you come?

  • If it is dry, simply remove any solid material and have us come out as soon as possible
  • If the stain is wet, remove the solid materials and then use a clean white rag to blot out (not rub) as much liquid as possible. Baking soda can help with absorption and odor. Place a clean, damp rag over the area and have us come out as soon as possible.
  • BioTreat™ is an enzyme-based additional treatment we offer that eliminates bacteria that cause odors in biological stains
