CCPD & CCPC Campaign are not used.
Non-Paying Appointment Types
Area Rug Stop – Pickup or Delivery of an area rug
Carpet Estimate – Commercial Carpet Cleaning Estimate
Carpet Service Call – Carpet Cleaning Service Call
3M – Guard Guarantee Stop – service call
Bio Re-Application – service call
Duct Estimate – Commercial Duct Cleaning Estimate
Duct Service Call – Duct Cleaning Service Call
Filter Stop – Delivery of a DustEater filter
Miscellaneous Stop – Technician to make a miscellaneous stop
Reminder – Reminder for technician to do something. Also includes courtesy calls.
Vehicle Maintenance – Service stop for a company vehicle for maintenance
Paying appointment types are counted in inventory and accuracy is paramount. Please take note of the following:
- If a paying appointment is made on the wrong customer’s file it is to be cancelled with the reason “11 – Booked in Error” with the reason why.
- If you book the wrong appointment type on the correct customer’s file, please notify your manager immediately and put a note in the Comments section of the appointment so the manager can change the appointment type to the correct one
- If you book a duplicate appointment it is to be cancelled with the reason “11 – Booked in Error” and you are to notify your manager.
- An invoiced appointment (has the icon ) cannot EVER be moved to another day and must always remain in the day it was completed and invoiced

1 | SOONER | Found someone to clean sooner |
2 | LOWER PRICE | Found someone to clean for less money |
3 | EMERGENCY | Something urgent came up, cannot reschedule right now |
4 | NOT CLEANING NOW | Decided not to have cleaning done |
5 | CAN’T AFFORD | Cannot afford right now |
6 | RENOS | Reno’s not done, will reschedule |
7 | NO CONTACT | Could not contact customer |
8 | NO ACCESS | Could not access home |
9 | ERROR | Booked in error |
10 | NO REASON GIVEN | Customer refused to provide reason |
11 | IN HOUSE CANCEL – PRICE | In home cancel-customer disagreed with price |
12 | IN HOUSE CANCEL-CONFLICT | In home cancel-customer conflict with employee |
13 | OTHER | Other – Write the reason. |
