Marcus M. and James S. came to provide cleaning for the basement carpet and stairs leading to it. From the time they both entered into my home to the time they completed the job and left, they showed great professionalism and excellent customer service. They took the time to carefully protect my wood flooring prior to going to the basement, where the actual cleaning took place. I had multiple stains on my beige carpet and i was extremely satisfied with the outcome of their hard work----- the carpet looks as good as new! They did an excellent job!!! Our technician, Jake, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and he explained about how if we have any problems at all, to call and Prestige will make it right. We had multiple stains because of previous owners' pets, and the carpet smelled like 'dog'. Our carpets now look and smell fantastic! I highly recommend Prestige - thank you Jake!

We always deal with this carpet cleaning company, even when we lived in a different village. They do an excellent job and I think the prices are reasonable. We have multiple pets and sometimes there are accidents. They get the carpets clean and smelling fresh. Absolutely no complaints. The staff are all very friendly also and they deliver when they say they will.

We were very pleased with the service Prestige provided. We have our own carpet cleaner, but figured it was time for the experts. Marcus had cleaned the carpet of a friend of ours and we were so impressed that we requested Marcus to also do ours. Was called with an approx. eta which was nice. The manner in which this service was provided could not have been better. He was very careful with the walls, furniture etc and spent extra time on the bad sections of the carpet that needed attention. Would recommend this company for sure.

When I initially called I was concerned they wouldn’t be able to accommodate my couch & chair cleaning before Christmas. I spoke with Lisa who was exceptionally helpful, easily arranged an appointment that fit into my schedule (before Christmas) and provided a firm price. A few days later she phoned again to confirm and then another reminder the day before. Joel arrived on time, was super pleasant and went right to work... dogs, kids and time take a toll on furniture but Joel made everything look new again! He placed drop cloths from door to furniture, bumpers around the bench in my hallway to ensure it wasn’t damaged by the hoses and he scrubbed my couches clean and ensured my satisfaction before even packing up his supplies. I couldn’t be more pleased from start to finish. Thank you Joel - Merry Christmas to you and your family!

I was ready to replace my white carpets, there was black filtration around all of the walls in every bedroom and they were starting to show wear but desired to give cleaning them one more try. Mark and Jeff suggested a treatment that they claimed would eliminate most of the filtration and would help to bring the worn up and drop gave it a shot. I was so impressed with the result, the carpets looked like new. Not only did they get rid of the filtration but also completely removed two large rust spots from one of the bedrooms. These two guys were on time, extremely professional and friendly and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Thanks so much for my near new looking carpets!!!

Mark and Dylan were the technicians assigned to our home. They were punctual and were very efficient. They were very accommodating in answering questions & they were clearly knowledgeable about the work that they do. They always asked for permission to do a step of the scope of their work and they always explain what they were working on and why they needed to do it. They’ve also offered solutions instead of just describing issues. They did the job in less time that was estimated. We would request for them again.

I was very pleased with prestige duct cleaning from the moment I called. Very quick turn around for appointment. Called Saturday and appointment on Wednesday. Marc and Josh were polite and informative from the time they entered my house and put on their little booties. They were very efficient and didn't mind explaining the process when I asked. Very impressed with this Carpet Cleaning service! When I first called and spoke to the sales person who booked my clean, she really did her best to fit in the clean to my difficult schedule. Really liked how the dispatch person called to remind us of the cleaning date and called again to let me know they were going to be delayed. Cleaner arrived promptly. Josh was professional, friendly and very personable. He was efficient, conscientious, thorough and just seemed to care about the job he was doing. Carpets look refreshed and really clean. These are the pics from before Prestige came and cleaned our ducts. Excellent service would highly recommend! Marc and Dylan took the time to explain what they were doing and provide advice on how to maintain the HVAC system post-cleaning, all while being very neat in the house. Very noticeable difference in the indoor air quality right away! I feel much more comfortable with my furnace and heating system now, it had been about 10 years since we had any work done on the vents. The service is pricey but I get why now.. They do top quality work! Thanks 🙂

James arrived at the scheduled time. Looking very dapper and neat in his uniform. He introduced himself and was very courteous and professional as well. He went through the work to be done and then asked if he could see the areas to be cleaned. He then proceeded to put down drop clothes to protect the wood floor from the possibility of being scratched. He started upstairs and came down to show me a picture of an area half done and half not done, so I could see the difference. After the work was done, he explained how long it should take to dry and to open windows if I wanted to allow for airflow to help with the drying process. Also, if I were to walk on the carpet, not to wear black socks. He cleaned up, the payment process was easy and James was on his way to his next location.

As I had never had my ducts cleaned, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I chose Prestige because of their reputation and they are based in my town of Whitby. No wonder they win awards every year. The two technicians were on time, polite, and answered all my questions thoughtfully. They showed me photos of the ducts. They wore covers over their shoes and masks. Every handle/surface they touched, they cleaned. I am delighted with the service Prestige provided. I will certainly call them again and would highly recommend them.

This is my second duct cleaning with Prestige and I am very impressed. Dylan and Joel did a great job! Just like the first time, the two technicians today were really thorough with their cleaning. It's not just a simple suction. They use tools to go through the entire duct system and agitate the sides of the ducts to shake off dust, debris, etc. They also vacuum all vent covers and vacuum up any debris that appears around the vents. I'm consistently impressed with their attention to detail. I'll give an example. Dylan was cleaning an air intake upstairs. He and I noticed that there was a lot of old wiring that is kept in the intake (cable cords, old TV antenna cord, stereo cables.) After he was done, he took the time to roll up all the old wiring and tie it together so that it would like nice and clean if someone were to look into the air intake. I'm sure that no one other than myself would care to look in there. But the fact that they went to that degree speaks volumes to me. That is why Prestige is my go-to company for duct cleaning and that is why I'll use them again. I highly recommend them!

Dylan and Joel were on time and answered all our question to our satisfaction. Pics before and after was good. I would advise anyone to clean their dryer ducts which is additional but well worth the cost. They did their job in a reasonable amount of time, no rush. Their attire speaks of their professionalism, shirt and tie plus booties, that's something. Good value and quality work. Marc and Dylan arrived exactly in the middle of the two-hour time frame they'd given us yesterday. They wore ties! They also wore masks and were careful to keep their distance, and they had the booties to cover their shoes. They showed us pictures of how bad things were in the basement as we have a golden retriever. We were happy to add a few items to the basic cleaning because the ducts hadn't been cleaned for a while, and they were very much in need of it. We also saw the "after" pictures. We believe we got good value. it was quite a big job, we thought, but they completed it in about an hour. Very pleasant workers too. We're very content with the job they did. We've used Prestige before for carpet and sofa cleaning and have been very satisfied; we've told friends and will continue to do so.

I had called around to a few companies and was very impressed with Nancy on the phone and her knowledge and professionalism. She gave me a quote and we went with it. Thankfully someone cancelled and she was able to squeeze me in a lot sooner which she knew was important to me. She sent over Marcus who did a phenomenal job! My carpets are 12 years old and they look fantastic. I have 4 kids, a dog and try to keep a clean home, but life happens. Thankfully, Marcus reversed some of the life that happened in my home since the last time I got my carpets cleaned (6 years ago). My white carpets are beautiful again thanks to you guys. My wife dealt with Lisa for the original information and quote. As she had discovered Prestige did duct cleaning as well as rug & upholstery, Lisa was very helpful, patient and thorough at informing us of the different costs associated with the duct cleaning as well as the carpet and upholstery cleaning costs. We actually decided to use Prestige for both duct cleaning and the rug/upholstery cleaning and we were glad we did. It was well organized as the duct cleaning crew were in first and as they were almost done, slightly ahead of schedule, the rug/upholstery crew arrived. There were also all prepped with COVID safety precautions in place and were courteous and informative. They were methodical in their process and were respectful, clean and worked very quickly. They were done in approximately 2 hours from set up to clean up. For rug, upholstery as well as duct cleaning, this is a professional outfit to deal with and worth the money. Great team and we appreciate great service from a great company. Thanks Prestige!

I have now used this company multiple times over a few years. Staff are so professional and friendly from the receptionist to the technicians. They call for a 2 hour window, they are wearing masks and booties, to protect you and your home. The techs helped me get my rug out from underneath a sectional. They are really great. And good value as well. I send my carpets for cleaning each spring as I have pets and live in the country. Won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Prestige!

An amazing service to use, and well worth the money. An extremely professional company; they were punctual and explained the carpet cleaning process thoroughly. The previous owners had a few pets and kids, so the build up in the carpets was strong. Thankfully, everything was cleaned up properly. The downside is, we have contractors and other people coming in who put their shoes on the carpet for safety reasons - so note to self: do carpet cleaning AFTER all the work is completed 😉

Marcus arrived at our home exactly on time. He introduced himself and was very polite and professional. We discussed the work to be done and then asked if he could see the areas to be cleaned. Drop clothes were put down to protect the floors and then he got to work. Once the carpets were cleaned, (they look amazing) he explained how long it should take to dry and told me to be careful going from the wet carpet on the stairs to the tile floor below. The payment process was simple and we are very pleased with the results. This is a company I will definitely use again and recommend others to use.

With a few rooms in our house still having carpet, and one of them being the living room and dining room, we had some stains and traffic marks that needed to be cleaned. Looked for a business with good reviews and found Prestige. Booked them a few weeks ago and they were very good at following up to ensure the time and description of the work was right, so that the quoted price was right. They were due to arrive at 7:30 - 8:00am on Thursday morning and the technician arrived at 7:32, polite, dressed in a clean uniform, and quickly got to work. The whole job was done in well under an hour and the results were excellent. We plan to remove all the carpets in the house but until that happens, at least now they look like new! Our experience with them was 5-star, no complaints and would recommend them to family and friends.

Our experience with Prestige could not have been better. Their communication is excellent - send you emails confirming date and then phone for an exact time. I booked Prestige Carpet Cleaning for a new listing that is coming to the market soon. The carpet was VERY soiled and I was SHOCKED at how well it came out. On time, courteous, did a great job. Prestige will offer "additional services" such as deodorizing. I was under the impression that a cleaning service would do this by default (especially based on the prices), however this is an extra charge I was informed of on the spot. I had my ducts cleaned by Prestige earlier that day as well, which gave me a $50 discount towards cleaning another product. This was very restrictive, and was not allowed to be applied to the extra charge of deodorization. In the end, it didn't use it because it was too restrictive. Great job on the cleaning, but more flexibility in customer loyalty incentives, and more transparent billing ahead of time would be required to achieve a 5 star rating.

Easy service to set up. There was not much of a wait to have ducts cleaned (approx 1 week). They followed up with a reminder call the day before and gave me a time window that the crew would arrive. The crew arrived at the beginning of that window. Very profession and very nice crew. Wore all of their person protective equipment complete with boot covers even though is was a nice dry day. They covered stairs and other areas with a tarp. Did a great job. My ONLY improvement I would like to see is the ability to visualize how much dirt they removed from the ducts. I would like to have some sort of clean filter installed on their system at the beginning of the job and then be able to see it after. I think I would be pretty surprised how much they removed and I would be MUCH more likely to get it done more regularly, as I probably should anyway. Highly recommend! Great service. Great staff.

April 2021 We used Prestige a few years ago and recently used them again. Amazing service, professional reps and 100% satisfaction. Dave was our rep and he was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Couldn't ask for better service. This is your go-to cleaning company! Dec 2019 My wife and I recently purchased a house in Pickering and had some renovations done prior to moving in. After the reno was completed, the house was full of dust and the vents were clogged. We wanted to get the ducts cleaned as we are having a baby soon and wanted everything cleaned professionally. We reached out to Prestige Duct Cleaning and we're glad that we did. From the initial consultation to get a quote to the completion of the job, they have been excellent with their communication, being on time and very honest and upfront. Prestige did an incredible job cleaning my wall-to-carpeting in the basement. Booking the visit was simple. Started with a phone call ended with a precise quote m, and day and time for the visit, followed by an email to confirm all the details. Prior to the visit, someone called to remind me of the appointment. The employee who performed the cleaning was polite and knowledgeable. He pointed out the stains that would be difficult to clean and set my expectations up front. The job was quick and thorough. I will definitely book through prestige again for all my carpet, rug and furniture cleaning!

We have used Prestige for a while now. In our first house they did carpets and vents. They just finished doing vents in our new house. They are always super prompt and responsive. I used Prestige for my duct cleaning, Dylan and Dave were very professional and advised me what they would be doing and how they would go about doing it. They also showed me a filter that was never changed and had it changed for me. They also made sure that when they left that they left my place clean and tidy. We have used this company for the last few cleans and they are always really good and professional. We used David and Brian for duct cleaning a few times and were really happy with the service. Josh did our carpets last time and we were really happy with the end result. This week we had Ty and Tyler and they were so professional and quick. They worked around us with my husband and I working and the kids doing online schooling. Thanks so much!

We had our appointment booked for both vent/duct cleaning as well as carpet cleaning but had to change the date due to a conflict on our part, and Prestige had no problem accommodating us. The technicians arrived at the specified time and were very professional and courteous, explaining the procedure and taking before and after pictures of the ducts and AC unit to show the difference after the cleaning was completed. We are completely satisfied with the service Prestige provides, and their methods of operation, and will not hesitate to recommend them to others!

This is my second time using Prestige I hired them to clean my mom's carpet 2 years ago, I was impressed with their professionalism on the phone and their service attendants that came out to the house, so I called them to clean my air ducts and my mother's air ducts as well. Once again no issues, on time, they were thorough in the duct and furnace cleaning. Two of my neighbors inquired and I gave a good recommendation, one of my neighbors has booked already as a result. I have even recommended Prestige to my church to have the carpet cleaned and they were hired with raving reviews. My only complaint would be that they don't give you anything such as a discount for referrals!!! Otherwise you get good service for the money.

Marc and Cameron did an excellent job . Great service and just simply pleasant people. They came with great tips and advice but most of all took care of protecting the home by wearing shoe coverings . They were respectful to our space and social distanced the entire time and wore masks. They gave great recommendations and tips as we are first time home owners so they made sure we were knowledgeable to maintain our home. Thank you prestige for sending these awesome guys ! We’ll be asking for them on our next service.

Great company and service - We use them for our duct cleaning. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, friendly, helpful and professional. Josh and Steve were great. They worked quickly and answered any questions we had. They were very respectful and professional. We had heard good things about prestige and our experience confirmed that. I would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.
