Marcus M. and James S. came to provide cleaning for the basement carpet and stairs leading to it. From the time they both entered into my home to the time they completed the job and left, they showed great professionalism and excellent customer service. They took the time to carefully protect my wood flooring prior to going to the basement, where the actual cleaning took place. I had multiple stains on my beige carpet and i was extremely satisfied with the outcome of their hard work----- the carpet looks as good as new! They did an excellent job!!! I will a 100% recommend your company to my friends. Thanks Guys! Give these guys a raise!

My wife and I were totally satisfied with the results. We have a multiple pet household and we required a superior job. The technician, JAMES, was very polite and professional, and had a genuine concern for the well being of our cats!. ..we both feel that James is a true asset to prestige cleaners, and wish him the best in his future. As always, an excellent job done, in cleaning an area carpet for me. The timing and end result were great. The pick up and delivery staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I will always call Prestige for Carpet and Furniture cleaning.

James was very pleasant, knowledgeable and he did a super job cleaning our carpets. He was very conscientious about ensuring our wood floors were covered and ensured his shoes were covered. All in all, a very pleasant experience and the carpets look amazing! Great job! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience. They followed up before coming, and came exactly on time. The Cleaners were really good people and did a fantastic job. Price is great. Very professional service. I absolutely recommend this place.

Marcus did an awesome job on our 12 year old carpet. He was courteous, professional and quick. Customer service was polite and very helpful and we certainly feel the cost was great! We are very pleased with our service and would highly recommend Prestige!

Very professional and thorough. Explained the process from start to finish and the 2 of them Mark and Russell did an amazing job. I am so grossed out seeing how nasty my air ducts were and I can now be confident my ducts are clean! Awesome and excellent job and great company @ Prestige Carpet Cleaning.

Prestige was very accommodating when I had a tight schedule this week. Thanks to phone calls to “squeeze” me in, I was able to have beautifully cleaned carpeting. The technician worked very efficiently and set up my furniture perfectly. I’m very pleased with the job done!

The people at Prestige Carpet were all very profession and did their utmost to assure that we knew what the cost quoted included and that our appointment was secure and the operator would arrive on time. Our technician, Jake, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and he explained about how if we have any problems at all, to call and Prestige will make it right. We had multiple stains because of previous owners' pets, and the carpet smelled like 'dog'. Our carpets now look and smell fantastic! I highly recommend Prestige - thank you Jake!

I called Prestige a few days before my move and they were able to accommodate me in short notice. They called me to remind me and were also very accommodating the day of as I was running late for my service time. The technician that came, Jake, was very quick and did such a great job! I would definitely recommend them!

We always deal with this carpet cleaning company, even when we lived in a different village. They do an excellent job and I think the prices are reasonable. We have multiple pets and sometimes there are accidents. They get the carpets clean and smelling fresh. Absolutely no complaints. The staff are all very friendly also and they deliver when they say they will.
